Compared with general electric, nitrogen sintering furnace is a kind of special electric furnace. Because it's filled with inert gas, nitrogen gas. And when in use will be special, the following is the safe usage of nitrogen furnace method.
1. Turn on the electric furnace, sintering furnace to nitrogen gas outlet connection mechanical pump.
2. Open the inlet valve, close vacuum pump power supply, open the valve, take time to corundum pipe and gas pipe.
3. When the furnace vacuum gauge to 0.1 (pointer to the end), close the valve and the inlet valve.
4. Turn knob counterclockwise to open the main valve, cylinders, turn knob clockwise slowly open the outlet pressure reducing valve, make the export pressure at 0.004 MPa.
5. Turn knob counterclockwise, slowly open the tube furnace inlet valve. The observation tube furnace barometer, confirm pressure below 0.08 MPa.
6. When pressure stable, closed tube furnace inlet valve and open the valve, vacuum to 0.1, turn off the air valve.
